Asterline is a new venture developing its activities across the satellite connectivity value chain, from space infrastructure and payloads to capacity procurement, wholesale supply and downstream services.
The project brings together the development of space-based capabilities and the commercial negotiation of satellite capacity, with the aim of supplying connectivity to wholesale satellite connectivity market and building services for businesses, territories and distributed systems
What we are building
Three connected pathways build a connectivity portfolio linking orbital capabilities, capacity markets and practical applications.
Asterline is developing a commercial role in sourcing, purchasing, aggregating and reselling satellite capacity. Negotiating prices, volumes and service terms is central to building wholesale connectivity offerings for operators, service providers and integrators.
Asterline is evaluating communications payloads aboard partner satellites to develop dedicated connectivity capacity, linking payload design and platform access to future service delivery and commercial supply.
Dedicated missions and proprietary assets in low Earth orbit are development options for generating connectivity capacity. Each investment will be assessed against technical feasibility, regulatory requirements and a credible commercial case.

Transmission of equipment status, operating measurements and alerts from industrial assets and infrastructure in remote locations.
Connectivity for soil, weather, irrigation and water-system sensors, supporting resource management across dispersed sites.
Data transmission from environmental monitoring stations and remote sensors measuring conditions across land and water.
Telemetry and periodic data exchange for vessels, buoys and offshore equipment, according to satellite coverage and service characteristics.
